IP55 Waterproof Door Bell Switch Outdoor Weatherproof Switch Socket 16A 250V
The mold tooling of this item is designed & built by Purple Horn who is the real manufacturer for these items.
It has a sprung waterproof lid for easy access for maintenance purposes.
Used for a variety of applications including junctions for garden lighting.
Comes with 4 rubber cable glands which can be cut into the size for your cables.
Features:
- Cover can be installed on walls or panels
- Gasket between cover and box to guarantee the best tightness
- Provided with rapid pitch screw (in stainless steel) for base-cover installation; they are also
unloosable and kept in place without screwing
- Enclosure base: provided with breakable walls on three sides for entry of cables and tubes Ø 20 mm;
the remaining side is free for any hole to be made by the installer
- switch can be easily pushed through the soft rubber center of the cover when it is closed or the hinged cover can be lifted
- Spring loaded hinged cover
- Weatherproof rated to IP55 - suitable for outdoor use
- Solid plastic strong construction with 20mm knock outs for cable entry on each side and back
- Wall fixing screws not included as standard
